About Project
Client is a fashion designer. She wanted to setup an eCommerce website to showcase her designs to customers and allow them to place orders.
Business Problems and Solutions Proposed
Easy to manage eCommerce platform: Being a non-tech savvy person, client wanted to have an easy to use back-end to manage the eCommerce related operations. Due to this, we suggested a well-known off-the-shelf solution to leverage the years of experience, maturity and vast knowledge base of the platform.
User Friendly Navigation: The age group of the target customers was above 50 years so, one of the core requirements for the system was to have a user-friendly interface allowing the customers to navigate through the catalog and place orders easily. For this, we had designed a custom theme for the website keeping the user experience and user friendliness in mind.
Customized Checkout Process: Client had altogether a different idea about the checkout process. This required us workout on a completely customized process for the checkout and implement the same in the website.
